This week in real estate we're going to talk to you about considering new home builds as an alternative to the tight housing market here in Phoenix.
We've been talking about the housing market and how supply is so tight in the Phoenix market. And we've started looking at new builds and guiding our clients to look at new builds because it may actually be a good solution for people who are wanting to get into a home, but are tired of the multi offer situation with homes.
This last weekend we visited a few new home communities and one thing that we found is that they've been building over the winter and now they have a lot of spec homes. And they're offering great incentives on these spec homes some were up to $12,000. In addition that we're offering the same incentives a little lower price on new home builds from the ground up.
That is a great opportunity in and of itself but what we're doing is on top of their incentives we're offering you a buyer's rebate. And that could be up to $5,000 in addition to the money that the Builder is already kicking in. And not only that the best thing about all this is that our services to you as a buyer are free.
